At Eurofit Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware and home fittings; if an item isn't right for your project, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure all products are in their original, unused condition and securely packaged in their original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your generated return label and attach it to the parcel, then drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
